Macherel Filet (2 filets)
180g
 
 
[Sauce]
 
Miso
2 tbsp.
Sugar
2 tbsp.
Water
100ml

Recipe

1.
Put boiled water on the mackerel to remove the odeur.
2.
Put all the ingredients for [Sauce] in a pan and heat.
3.
Put the mackerel in the pan on the skin side down.
4.
Put the cover and boil for approx. 10 minutes with middle heat.
