Boiled Mackerel with Miso

- Macherel Filet (2 filets)
- 180g
- [Sauce]
- Miso
- 2 tbsp.
- Sugar
- 2 tbsp.
- Water
- 100ml
Recipe
- 1.
- Put boiled water on the mackerel to remove the odeur.
- 2.
- Put all the ingredients for [Sauce] in a pan and heat.
- 3.
- Put the mackerel in the pan on the skin side down.
- 4.
- Put the cover and boil for approx. 10 minutes with middle heat.
