Takikomi Gohan (Seasoned Rice with Mushrooms)
Ingredients (2 servings)
- Mushrooms (of your choice)
- Fried Tou (if avelable)
- Liquid Miso
- 3 tbsp.
- Cut the mushrooms and fried tofu into bite sizes.
- Put the rice and liquid miso in a rice cooker.
- Add water and all the ingredients and cook.
