Under the supervision of the famous ramen shop "Ippudo", the popular "Akamaru Shinmi" has been recreated in a pot soup. Tonkotsu extract, l a r d, and p o r k collagen have a rich taste, and the richness of Kyushu soy sauce and the spiciness of doubanjiang are added to this soup.
Established in 1985 in Daimyo, Fukuoka. It has gained popularity for its tonkotsu (p o r k bone) soup, which has many layers of depth to its flavor thanks to its unique “juku-kasane method,” and crisp, wheat-flavored ultra-thin noodles. It has 90 stores in Japan and 132 stores overseas.
