Distilled vinegar made from grain and rice by the Japanese brand Mizkan.

The Mizkan Kokumotsu Su is very often used to flavor dishes, side dishes and sushi rice.

This vinegar has a milder taste than regular rice vinegar, and is perfect for making sushi vinegar and salad dressings
